The Makalu–Arun Valley region is blessed with an incredible diversity of natural beauty and culture. Arun valley trek begins between two highest mountains- Mt. Everest and Makalu. It lies in a non -tourist area but you can see significant views of Mt.Everest, Makalu, and hundreds of other mountains just before your eyes. Sherpa, Rai and Limbus are the main inhabitants of this region. Walking north up the Arun river to Sedua and Num, then crossing Barun La(4110m) into the upper Barun Khola valley for a close look at Makalu. You can put together an even wilder trek by crossing Sherpani col and west col into the upper Hongu valley.

Day 01: Fly Kathmandu to Biratnagar
& drive to Hille.
Day 02: Trek to Mongmaya Khola
(1649 m).
Day 03: Trek to Surtibari.
Day 04: Trek to Tumlingtar.
Day 05: Trek to Kartike.
Day 06: Trek to Gothey.
Day 07: Trek to Phedi ( 1680 m)
Day 08: Trek to Gurase (2880 m)
Day 09: Trek to Sanam.
Day 10: Trek to Bung (1900 m)
Day 11: Trek to Gaikharka.
Day 12: Trek to Vasme.
Day 13: Trek to Pangum (2850 m).
Day 14: Trek to Painya (2730 m).
Day 15: Trek to Lukla (2840 m).
Day 16: Fly back to Kathmandu.
